- 4 cups Galil Roasted Chestnuts
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 oz. rum
- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Juice of 1 grapefruit
- 4 tbsp. Galil Raspberry Preserve
Put chestnuts in food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add vanilla, rum and powdered sugar; mix well and chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Whip heavy cream in small bowl until stiff and gradually add grapefruit juice. Add to Chestnut mixture and blend well. Chill in refrigerator for hour until cold and serve with preserve on top as garnish.
